Cordelia's Catering was established in 1980 by award winning chef Richard Hooper and his wife Stephanie. Their goal was to provide upscale catering services to the private and business community of Metro West.
We were joined in 1986 with Executive Chef Curtis Downing who brought along his Hotel and Corporate culinary background, education, and skills.
Since that time we have been providing wonderful food presentations all over Metro West. And, although you don't see our name too often, we are the "house" caterer for many country clubs, historical homes, and conference centers throughout the area. We also cater in the private homes of local and international business people, politicians, and anyone that desires perfection when entertaining at home.
