General Catering Guides
All of the items on this menu may be presented as either a plated, sit down dinner, or as a buffet.
If you do not see a specific item that you would like to have on your menu, please ask. Our chefs have extensive knowledge of varied cuisines and try to CATER to your special requests.
Multiple Entree
Some people, when choosing their buffet menu, like to select two or three entrees, so as to accommodate their guests with special dietary requirements, (low cholesterol, low sodium, allergies...). Special Pricing is required, as it demands a greater preparation time for multiple entree menus from our kitchen staff.
Our function consultant will explain multiple entree pricing upon request.
Pricing Information
• A deposit is required to reserve a date for your party.
• Chafing Dishes
Stainless Steel Chaffing Dishes: Supplied to the buffet at no additional charge for parties over 25 people. A charge of $7.00 per chaffer is required per day for parties under twenty-five people. For parties with no service help, a $ 300.00 Deposit per chaffer is required.
Silver Plated Chaffers: Three available at $25.00 each additional charge. Not available at parties without service help ($1,800.00 replacement cost).
• Waitresses are available for $19.00 per hour. Four hour minimum for cocktail parties or, parties of less than seventy-five people.
• Bartenders are available for $21.00 per hour, four hour minimum.
• All meals are subject to Massachusetts 5% meal tax, and 18% gratuity.
